With over 24 years experience as a GE factory trained Generator Specialist, AGS will partner with you as your dedicated Owner's Representative, offering a wide variety of services ranging from outage planning, proposal reviews, second opinions, technical advice and interpretation of recommendations and inspection findings, parts sourcing, maintenance planning and project management solutions.
There can often be significant value in utilizing the OEM for your generator service needs although these services come at a high cost. With years of experience working in GE, AGS can offer valuable technical support and advocacy when dealing with GE which can result in substantial cost savings to our clients while still retaining the many benefits and advantages at those times when the best choice is using OEM services for generator outages and maintenance.
AGS also has many relationships with 3rd Party service providers. In many cases there is no major advantage justifying the high costs of OEM services when a 3rd Party may be able to provide equivalent outcomes and results. AGS can provide assistance making these determinations and can provide alternative sources for maintenance or repair services for the generator, often at major cost savings to our clients.
AGS has many longstanding relationships with suppliers and manufacturers of authorized GE Parts and materials. We can help you define and source generator parts, including many engineered parts, directly from vendors and manufacturers at substantial cost and time savings over sourcing through the GE Parts organization.
